I work with women's health throughout all stages of their life. Physical, mental and emotional. Accompanying them through the fertility journey into motherhood and far beyond.

Reflexology
Reflexology has many applications. In my practice I primarily work with women in their fertility journey, pregnancy related symptoms, PMS but also beyond this into Menopause and general life stresses and anxiety.
In addition I work with babies too, when they cry, cannot soothe, or struggle with reflux, wind, constipation
Hypnobirthing
Learn relaxation techniques to give your baby a welcome that is calm, gentle and safe. Hypnobirthing teaches you that, in the absence of fear and tension, severe pain does not have to be an accompaniment of labour
Hypnotherapy
The fertility journey can be a rollercoaster of emotions.
Fertility Hypnotherapy can help you navigate all of those emotions & equip yourself with a resilient mindset ready for anything the journey has to throw at you next.

About Esther
I'm a mama of three beautiful kids. My journey ignited in me a passion for holistic therapies along the journey of women's health. I've trained in many modalities and help you find the right path for you.
Essentially I want to help you get back to yourself. Find agency on your journey, a sense of empowerment and that feeling of being yourself again. No matter what stage you are in your life.
I work intuitively with all my therapies knowing what you need and when to use it. Using a combination of therapies where I feel you will benefit. In addition to that I also give you self help tools to help you gain back control in your life.
