My Story

I’m a mother of three beautiful children, a passionate crocheter and crafter. Holistic therapies have always been close to my heart—I started collecting aromatherapy magazines as a teenager, which still hold a special place in my therapy room today. While I initially took evening courses in reflexology and massage during college, life took me in a different direction, and I spent 20 years working in financial services.

During the financial crisis whilst facing job uncertainty I decided to upskill in the event of job loss and trained in massage and reflexology. Even walking through the college doors on the first day of training it felt like a natural fit and I have not looked back since. I have been eager to learn more have pursued specialised training over the past 15 years including fertility, maternity reflexology and hypnotherapy. I have had the privilege to work with and support parents of over 150 babies during this time and have seen firsthand how reflexology, a positive mindset and releasing limiting beliefs can play a vital role in their outcomes. 

In my practice, I call upon all the tools and therapies I have learnt, including EFT, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy, Indian Head Massage, Mindfulness, and Meditation. Helping clients release emotional blockages and seeing the transformative power of holistic therapies in their lives is a privilege. Essentially, I want to help you get back to yourself. Find agency on your journey, a sense of empowerment and that feeling of being yourself again. No matter what stage you are in your life. 

I work intuitively with all my therapies knowing what you need and when to use it. Using a combination of therapies where I feel you will benefit. In addition to that I also give you self-help tools to help you gain back control in your life.
